440ml can. Pours jet black with a small head. Aroma is oily roast, tart raspberry and dark chocolate. Taste is oily to start with tart raspberry and dark chocolate on the finish.

Can at Branston. Jet black colour with a thin tan head. Aroma and taste are roasted malty bitter with some fruity berry. Rich body.

Half-pint, on-tap in The Colemore, Birmingham on 8th November 2024, £11.00 a half! Viscous black body, weak beige covering on top. Raspberry front with a semi-sweet white chocolate undertone, vanilla coming through too. It's semi-sour, semi-sweet and interesting, but a half was enough!

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Black pour with a tan head. The 90s was definitely my 'mega era' - still a young man, no achy joints or acid reflux absolute bliss! Anyway, aromas of creamy coffee, vanilla, raspberry. Taste is much the same. Jammy stouty action. Light bitter backbone. Lots of alcohol warmth. Good.
