Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, light honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, flowers, honey, perfume, sweet malt, pale malt, sweet yeast - fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 9.3% as Ebeltoft I am Triple. Clear amber, small white head. Malty aroma, light spicy yeast and a little banana. Sweet malty and fruity flavour. Smooth yeasty and herbal spice, a little citrus and apple. Nice and clean.
