Bottle 330ml. [ As The Man Behind Christmas Ale ].Clear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sugary, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, marmalade hops, orange, moderate yeasty, candy, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, clove, caramel, sweet malt, spicy, Xmas spices, caramelized malt - sugar, sweet yeast - candy. Draft @ Skaal, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy orange pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel and orange peel aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish with hints of orange peel.

Bottle. Pours murky dark brown with small offwhite head. Aroma is felt, grain, apples, prunes, raisins, nutmeg and hints of cinnamon. Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of caramel, malt, fruit and spice.

Bottle from Café Biografen. Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of cookie dough, caramel, Christmas spices and a touch of mint. Sweet caramel flavour with spice and a touch of orange peel. Mild bitter finish saving the balance.

Fra fat på Taphouse København nov-17: uklar rav med fint skum som varer. Delikat aroma og smak med mørke karameller, brun kandis, sjokolade, julens appelsiner og krydder i en fin maltkropp. God munnfølelse og behagelig bitterhet i finishen. Halvtørr og lettdrikkelig.
