Rising Waves is the result of our exciting Collaboration with Women In Beer.
Pouring golden with a dense white foam, Rising Waves embodies both strength and finesse. Resinous pine and citrus hop aromatics lead into an intense bitterness. The finish is crisp and balanced by sweetness from the robust 7.8% ABV.

440ml can bought as part of a delivery from Fuss Club and drunk at home. Dark gold and clear with a good-sized off-white head. Strong aroma of pine with overripe citrus. Bitter taste, lots of grapefruit and kumquat peel. Some mint. Long bitter finish with more citrus. So far west I think we ended up somewhere in Hawaii. A little too intense for its own good.
