7 3 7 3 14Bottle at Oedipus, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Fairly hazy pink with a light pink head. Aroma of mint, weird herbal notes, light spice and red fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Above light bodied with very soft carbonation.

Infused sample from a magnum at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Hazy light pink with small white head. Mint, some rhubarb, soft bready, wheat, light hay, soft yeast, more mint. Light sweet and very light bitter and sour. Light bodied. Nice stuff, but not beer.

Sampled at Oedipus during Carnevale Brettanomyces 2018. Hazy pink color light pink edge head. Wow bready Rhubarb, combo works well
