We begin with a specially selected premium lager yeast & a variety of classic Noble European hops.
During fermentation we add some Saaz for an earthy & floral hint, followed by the Mandarina Bavaria hop to give an extra subtle hint of lemon complexity to the taste & aroma.
Sweetness balanced with a light bitterness, delicately hopped, clear & light, it's the very definition of a thirst-quenching lager bier.

Keg at the Weighbridge, Burton-on-Trent. Pours clear pale yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of light malt and lemon. Taste is more of the same. Light corn on the finish.

Keg, half-pint in the BOD, Newport Shropshire on 22nd February 2024, came very cold, so no aroma, tasted like a typical Helles, light on the hops and light on the malts. Clean and clear golden body, white crust on top. Refreshing and slightly dry in the finish.
