Second beer on a Wednesday afternoon pub crawl around Shrewsbury with myself, 7th February 2024. Half-pint, hand-pulled in the Armoury. Took a while to clear, but it did, nice mid-range golden glow, white pillow of foam on top. Semi-sweet citrus front to the nose and taste, just another citrussy golden ale really!

Cask at the Square Peg JDW; clear golden yellow pour with a thin bubbly white head, aroma has sweet malts and a hint of lemon, taste has lemon puff biscuits, sweet malts. Would this taste better if England were still in the World Cup, no!
