This is a Cold IPA, brewed with flaked maize to keep it lean, giving a refreshing drinking experience just like a pilsner, but with a punchy hop nose like an IPA conditioned with loads of Citra and Mandarina Bavaria. Fermented with the new NovaLager yeast from Lallemand, brewing innovation at its best.

Clear light gold with white head. Aroma has a light mandarin, peach with a clean malt. Taste has a mixed citrus, light resin and clean malt. Modest bitterness. Mid bodied, semi-drying. A bit dull but pleasant and easy to drink.

339ml can via Beer52: BBE October 2024, this was to be my last beer of 2023 (22:00 on New Years Eve). Slight haze to the pale blonde body, thin white head. Lemon like aroma and taste, too citrussy for me.
