Bottle 12fl.oz. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Wormtown Bottle Rocket Pale Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, grass, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dusty hops, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160809] 7-3-7-3-13

Tap at Wormtown Brewing, Worcester. Color us clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some hops and malts. Boring.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Appearance is hazy dark yellow (with light orange tinge) with nice sparkle, 1.5-finger width frothy white head with good retention and minimal sudsy lacing. Aroma is strong herbs and pine over lighter malts and citrus. Taste is strong herbs, lighter pine, citrus and late biscuit malts and even later bitter. Palate is medium bodied with foamy texture, soft-to-average carbonation and mix of sweet and bitter, fairly dry finish. Overall, more hoppy than malty. Props for complexity, though strong herbal quality is not the most delightful.

Can at GBBF 2017. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Grapefruit aroma and resin pine flavour good grapefruit a little harsh carbonation decent though.

On tap at GABF 16’. Pours a hazy gold with thick off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong dank, pine, resin. Medium body, juicy hop, grapefruit, pine, lingering bitterness, very good.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Dark golden with a white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, light malt and hay. Similar taste. The body was medium and the finish was quite bitter.

Sampled from bottle @ ChrisO’s after GBBF Day 1. Clear slightly pale golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is malts, a bit old hops, a bit oxidised. Taste malts, bitter hops, bitter. Not a lot of flavor. Drinkable though.
