Old rating - A pint from the cask at Cherub Inn in Dartmouth, pours amber with a tiny white head. Aromas & tastes of honey & citrus. Thin to medium body, mildly bitter finish. Average.

Clear amber with a bubbly/frothy white head and a slightly sweet, floral and citrusy aroma. Light bodied, some light fruit malt and floral bitterness with citrus notes and a hint of honey

500ml bottle. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is malt, yeast, light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, malt, yeasty, herbal, light mineral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Dark yellow colour with lasting head. Quite full bodied. Good balance of slightly sweet pale malts and slightly fruity and floral hop notes.

Bottle from the Shops at Dartington. Appearance - golden amber with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - lemon and barley notes. Taste - more lemon barley water, getting into lime. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture. Dry and fairly balanced finish. Overall - a solid citizen.

[ As Black Tor DPA Devonshire Pale Ale ].Clear medium to light amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, light toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, toffee, caramel, sweet malt. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170805] 5-3-5-3-8

Bottle shared at Chriso's Pre-GBBF Shindig. 05/08/2017. Many thanks! A Clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is honey monster cereal, earth. Flavour is composed of semi swwet earthy cereal, dried orqange, littl blackberry. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, honey and mineral.
