Sahti-Inspired Oak Aged Brett Pale Ale. Open fermented, mixed fermentation, with juniper.
Collaboration with Dssolvr.

Brett funk jumps out of the glass giving way to aromas of Dole Whip and peach rings. Light body and high carbonation with mild acidity and flavors of pineapple and peach.

Undated can drunk 11/26/23. Clear marmalade, small, white head to spotty cover quickly. Citrus, bright Brett, some vague juniper-like acidity. Crackery malts. The Brett is lovely and well done here. Clean, no booziness for its size. Juicy with bitter berry woven in nicely and a big maltiness to balance. Less Brett in flavor but it's there. Soft, good attenuation. Lingering honey, mild Brett, mild citrus, mild juniper. Really mellow yet flavorful and well homogenized beer.

Kind of weird. Berries, lots of bretta. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Decent balance. Not sure how sahti like it really is. Tap at Snally.
