Cask (handpump) @ The Lyric, 37 Great Windmill Street, Soho, Greater London, England W1D 7LU. [ As 3 Brewers Ruby English Ale ].Clear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry - fruity, sour notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, nutty, berries, sweeet malt, sour notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at the 35th Luton Beer and Cider Festival. Pours amber brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, hop, nut, caramel and fruit. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Dry fruity finish.

Cask @ Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 160218

Cask @ 35th Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

Cask @ Six Bells, St Albans. Dark clear amber-orange with a small glow and no head. Bitter in character, it has a light sticky-sweet texture and taste rather than any notable bitterness.

Cask gravity at the St Albans beer festival 2015. Light amber /reddy coloured pour with a lasting sticky loose off white head. Aroma is sweet fruit, biscuit, tangy dried fruits, grain store. Flavour is composed of semi sweet malts, hint of caramel, grain store, earthy, tangy dried fruit, apple, semi rich, biscuit. Palate is grainy, semi sweet, highish, carbonation, decent condition. Bit of tang in the finish. OK.
