Bottle courtesy of Lynn and Barry, cheers you two, consumed at home sat down the garden by the pond after a hard day of knocking a wall down, Sunday 20th May 2018. Pours gold with a big frothy white head. Citrussy, a little tangy, pretty decent hoppy golden ale. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth's pre GBBF Shin Dig, cheers for all the shares, 05/08/17 as 'loans could barley be better'. Golden pour with a decent off white head. Nose is dusty citric peel, straw, grains, pale malts. Taste comprises lemon drizzle, straw, crackers, grains, light breads, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average golden blonde affair ... nothing wrong with it ... just a bit boring.

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig 2017 - Part 1. As Our Loans Could Barley Be Better. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild fruity hops, mild citrusy hops. Taste of grainy malt, soft citrusy hops, not too bitter, overall boring!

Cask gravity at the Watford beer festival 2014. Golden straw coloured pour with a light haze and a lasting loose white head. Aroma is grassy lemon, grainy little bit of perfume.. Flavour is light citrus, bit of midget gems, and cut grass hop. Palate is medium light and grainy on the tongue. OK.
