Draught@Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Black colour, beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, alcohol, some toffee and mild spiciness. Flavour is liquorice, alcohol, toffee and some mild toast to it.

Keg at Borefts Day 2 23/09/2017. A black coloured pour with a lasting creamy tan head. Aroma is lavendar, rose petal, milky roast, floral. Flavouir is composed of full bodied, spicy coconut, roase petals, lavender, bitter roast. Palate is creamy full, moderate carbonation.

Tap @ Borefts 2017. Black. Perfumed floral aroma with coffee. Malty sweet caramelly flavor with roast abd strong floral notes. Too perfumed and out of balance.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, nuts, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, roasted malt, and chocolate, leading to a very bitter finish.

[5/10/18] Draught at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Black. Big floral spiciness, sweetish and bitter, licorice, roast, medium-bodied. Really not my thing.

Tap at Sori. Opaque black colour, small beige head. Roasted, coffeish herbal aroma with some flowery notes. Full-bodied. Roasted, licorice, some fruity hops. Lots of coffee. Ok.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20180331) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, cold coffee and liquorice. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, coffee, ash, dark chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste had dark chocolate, ash and bitterness. A pretty good imperial stout. Not too sweet and not too burnt either.

Borefts IX, Day 2. Keg. Opaque black brown beer, good pale tan head. Smooth palate, soft and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Dark chocolate malts, little malt cream. Nicely integrated rose, obvious but not overdone or perfumey. Smooth finish. Very nicely done, a grown up Turkish Delight.

Draught @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Kees Black Rose (Flower Power) ].Clear dark brown colour with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, dusty coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet coffee, coffee, roses - flower sugar, weird floral thing where i think rose sugar water. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170922] 8-4-8-3-16

Dunkel malziger Antrunk. Kräuternoten, intensiv, mit der Zeit Recht süß werdend. Vollmundig, schokoladig, Blüten. 9/9/8/8//8
