Single Thread is our yearly release exclusively for our La Coterie members. For the 2023 blending, we chose to entwine threads of Oude Fermier fermented on Marionberries which was then blended in a Bière de Coupage style with a younger Missouri Saison. Single Thread was aged an extended period of time in the bottle before we felt it was ready to share with you.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared at Side Project brewery. Deep red to ruby with white and tad pinkish head. Funky berries, red grapes, red grape skins. Medium+ sourness. Slightly acidic. Oak.

Bottle. Pours an orange ruby with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is funky, brett, berry, cherry, rhurbarb. Slick body, berry, earth, brett, nice acidity, enjoyed this.

750 mL bottle drunk 9/29/23. Hazy cherry-cranberry. White head on edge. Bright, playful cherry. Soft oak. Very vibrant and playful for SP sour. Lots of Brett, tons of meaty cherry. Soft, rustic grains, lactic acidity, big Brett. Juicy, dry, clean and no acetic. Very playful, good tartness. Excellent fruit character.
