Shared draught, 9/27/23. Highly carbonated, pale-golden. Small, white head to ring quickly. More floral and perhaps softer and more mineralesque than Maplewood's Best. Just as clean, with a citrus flare to the hops and light pepper and herb. Some good graininess to the malts. Corn, light vanilla, lots of flowers, pepper and herbs. Very light, not thin. Corn is lovely. Clean, with refreshing graininess and moderate bitterness.

16oz can pours out crisp clean straw color topped with a fluffy white head. Nose is light grassy floral hops and a crisp grain corn note. Taste is more of the nice grain malt and mellow hop combo.
