A Festbier for the modern age. Lower in ABV then your traditional Oktoberfest, ours pours deep amber color with lots of toasted malt aroma. The flavor follows through with slightly sweet biscuit and bread crust that finishes perfectly clean and leaves you wanting another sip.

Brewery draught, 9/24/23. Clear, light copper. Small, off-white head, moderate-to-low retention. Nose is light caramel, light toast, lower base malt, but it's not grainy or tannic, or overly-toasted. Clean, importantly, with light crispness on the finish. Low hopping. Lightly soft, bready, biscuity, toasty, some malt depth, good attenuation and some crispness on the finish. Low bitterness. Very light and drinkable, if somewhat unremarkable.
