Brewery draught, 8/26/23. Clear golden, small, white head sits at cover. Apple, paper and mineral. Clean. Light. Some seltzer and pepper tones. White grape, apple, pear, soft papier machee. Clean. Little/no hop. Not watery though, with good malt depth and dryness.
