Brewery draught, 8/9/23. Moderately hazy, strawberry-blonde-maize. White head instantly to edge. Strawberry juice with gross lactose. Nicely restrained on the lime. Only a hint. Lots of thick malt and/or sugar. Lime is zesty and flavorful, with a juicy strawberry flavor and vanilla beak-like character. Reminds of lucky charms a bit. Lactose is under control. Lots of marshmallow lingering but good acidity. Thick body but well attenuated for the most part. While I hate kettle-lactose-pastry sours, they do a good job with this series.
