Little Cold Side

Undated can drunk 8/2/23. Minimally hazy, copper-brass. Small, white head to cover/ring quickly. Heavy spice and wood yet no onion here...incredible. Honey-like malts seem deep and generous. No resin, alcohol flaw. Soft, malty, incredibly balanced and somehow just bitter enough despite no actual hop extraction. Woody, spicy, lightly juicy, malty and good attenuation. Clean and shockingly enjoyable hop flavors despite these being highly abused and generally poorly-done hops. Would go buy a 4pack of this stuff right now if I could, wow.

16 oz can from the brewery, via delivery, 7/30/20. My 111th Magnify Rating! Pours a fully hazed yellowish-orange color with a strong white head and lots of streaky lace. Citrus, some berry notes, melon, peach, mango, grass, and pine. Drinks juice forward and hoppy, with a good bit of grass and resin to the close. Very clean and easy drinking, without being at all thin. Nice beer.
