Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow to orange cloudiness with a half a finger of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light speckled lace
Aroma: sweet to tart peachy character; sour/Brett/acidity; stifled malts, woody spice and some hay/floral character
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine tart to sour to sweet quality; finishes about the same way
Texture: medium bodied; leaning towards being a sipper slightly; abrupt smoothness as some of the tart gets a touch acidic, hmmm...as far as I felt - it seemed like a good carb level
Overall: I say a nicely done saison with peaches in it and one I would return to.

375mL bottle, drunk 7/29/23. Clear, peachy-brass-golden. No sound upon opening, no head, no carb it seems. Well that sucks, guess the seal on the bottle was bad. Wasn't oxidized yet but it's just too much Brett and peach acid and malt to not be carbonated whatsoever. Brett seems well done if a bit over developed, with gentle peach and a good maltiness. Sort of a placeholder rating. Will try again when I go up there.
