Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ GBBF 2016, [ Great British Beer Festival 2016 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Downham Tickler ].Light unclear matt medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, tart, dough, vinegar, green apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, apple, green apples, tannin, light musty - fusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. Sampled @ GBBF day 1.Very hazy pale yellow color, no head. Smell and taste apples, quite sweet, quite vinous, sweet ripe apple. Decent.

Light gold, slightly cloudy with plentiful carbonation. Sharp orchard fruit aroma. Taste is intense, drying, sour, musty. Carries on to the very end of the sip. This cider is simple but has a pair of cojones the size of bowling balls.
