Undated 375mL bottle drunk 7/28/23. Almost clear copper-bronze. White head instantly fizzles. Kind of smells malty again, but like, biscuit/cracker/bread and I'm not getting much, if any, Brett or oak. I guess some light, fruity Brett on the end. Yeah...kind of like the brabeum, it's sweet, malty, possibly underfermented with a bile-like character and no real clear Brett. White bread, simple sugar, more bile, grass...hmmm, not sure what's going on at this brewery's barrel program...

I have a special place in my heart for Brett Drie since we used it to brew my 10k beer. This one is cloudy yellow with a bright white edge head. Nice aroma of tannins, dusty straw, ripe stonefruit stored in cobwebby attics then dipped in white wine. Taste is softly sour vinous stonefruit, more tannins, black pepper, good body. Delicious
