Bright, sturdy pithiness reminiscent of fresh grapefruit (pink and white) or pomelo; light pine and stone-fruit.
Moderate bitterness.

Canned 6/5/23, drunk 7/26/23. Heavily hazy, maize-golden. White head is well-retained. Super woody, spicy, green. Some cantaloupe and biscuit. Clean, not boozey, not resinous, but ultimately, not that hoppy/aromatic. Soft, hugely bland, wheat, biscuit, cracker, nuttiness. Some peach and wood behind it with a bit of dry spice. Not much from the Citra hops, and I would never think to use Simcoe exclusively.

Can (3/8/23) pour from Steve. It's a hazy light brown-dark yellow with tons of sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, stone fruit, mild pine over biscuit. Taste is grapefruit, pine, cracker. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with silky smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with lingering cracker and mild bitterness. Overall, not terribly strong and I'm usually expecting NEIPA juice from these hops so have to reset expectations that is traditional IPA. It's OK.
