Draft at brewery. Clear gold and some foamy head. Nose is peppery and bready. Tastes of pepper, sourdough, lemon, some herbs. Crisp and dry.

Brewery draught, 7/15/23. Clear, brass-golden. Small, white head to ring Pleasant fruity, herbal, fresh cut grass hops with rustic grains and a clean, snappy yeast finish. Good maltiness featuring her ney and a hint of sourdough. Snappy, hoppy finish with good, assertive bitterness. Lingering sourdough and peppery, herbal hops.
