Sampled @ GBBF day 1. [A no. 5 cider] Hazy very pale yellow color, no head. Smell and taste dishwasher water, tart, green leaves, lemon, tart apple and applepeel. Meh, I don’t like it.

Bag in Box at the Castle Inn West Lulworth. It pours bright orange with no head. The nose is earthy, musty, funky, barnyard, apple skin and hay. The taste is bitter, earthy, musty, mild astringency, apple skin with a crazy dry finish. Medium body and drying mouth - feel. Pretty dry for a medium - dry. Nice earthy cider.

From a bag in a box at the Stable, Bridport 20/04/10. Golden coloured, with a trace of a haze and no carbonation. Light, dryish apple juice aroma with a bit of skin and core. Easy drinking, with tart fruit, a mineral edge and dryish finish. A good effort from a tiny producer.
