Can to tulip.
Appearance noted in the picture.
Aroma: key lime sweet and tart vibes, kumquat sweet and tangy vibes, lacto/yogurty tones in the secondary, sour-ed wheaty qualities, lighter whiffs of lemon and lemon rind further down in there
Flavor: harnesses a great blend of the sour, tart, and tangy to the sweet and semi-savory lightness from the saltiness; mild finish of key limes, kumquats and salt
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable, some tangy to wheaty and lacto-ish features bumps noticeably on the tongue - nothing bad just noticeable and somewhat expected, subtle wheaty kick as I expected it to
Overall: who knew Burlington could do an actual true to style gose and nuance it with some key limes and kumquats. I'd return to this in Summer, not exactly sure why I'm having it now.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 28/03/24. Murky fruit smoothie orange with a good sized white cap that thins over time. Nose is balsa wood, lemon rind, herb, hedgerow, salty air, straw. Taste comprises grape must, light salt kiss, herb, grass, lemon rind, guava, kumquat, lychee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering edge. Decent enough straight up Gose with a light tropical twist ... nice to have a clean one for a change instead of pastry nonsense!

Undated can drunk 7/8/23. Canteloupe-bronze, lightly hazy, yellow-tinted head quickly to ring. Lots of adjunct here with lower gose-like character. Not too much salinity, low acidity. Some wheat blandness rounds out the adjunct, and the guava is done well, if a bit heavy-handedly. Lime is definitely strong and somewhat acidic/powerful. Soft, malty/wheaty, reasonably deep texture with good attenuation and juicy, rich guava. Lime takes too much of the space here, though, in my opinion. Low gose character, low tartness, but good attenuation make it not an issue.
