BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo from Peterborough beer festival 2019, cheers Graham! Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of woody, apple. Taste is sweet, sugary, mellow apple, syrupy, woody hint. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very sweet finish. OK

23/8/2019. From bag in a box at the 42nd Peterborough Beer & Cider Festival. Pours cloudy very pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apples, toffee apples, light citrus with funky notes. Heavy sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet, dry and slightly tart finish.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2018. A light hazed greenish yellow coloured pour with a a lasting loose white head. Aroma is light funk, tart, lemon, wood. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, apple juice with tang, alcohol warmth, sticky sweet. Palate is sticky sweet, Warming alcohol, tart. Nice. Dangerous boost juice.

Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ GBBF 2016, [ Great British Beer Festival 2016 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Hubz's 'Ang Over (1) ].ABV: 8.0%. Light unclear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, tart apples, green apples, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, apples, dry, pear notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20160809] 7-2-7-3-15

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. [GBBF no. 1 cider] Clear yellow color, small white lacing. Smell and taste are not what you would expect from a ’no. 1’ cider, I expected a terribly sweet sugary cider but it actually is quite dry. And quite decent.
