This superbly crafted light copper best bitter has a well-balanced flavour profile and beautifully sweet malt backbone. Gentle sweetness with caramel and toffee notes, a subtle biscuity character and a restrained bitterness.

Clear golden amber with a frothy / bubbly white head and a toffee malt and floral hop aroma. Tastes like a hedgerow I guess, with some toffee malt sweetness and hop bitterness, finishes dry and a touch bitter.
