Guava Green is our core beer, Green, conditioned on guava purée!
This inventive IPA pours a creamy yellow hue and bursts with tropical notes from hand-selected Galaxy hops. To bolster its juicy aroma, we added sweet guava purée, lending flavors of mellow guava smoothies and refreshing guava shaved ice.
What was once a specialty draft offering has finally made its way into a proper can, ready to be enjoyed at home with the people you love.

Pours a hazy, orange-peach color, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, with a big gust of guava. Flavors follow. Soft mouthfeel. Mild to moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Charlton draught, 6/6/24. Pale blonde-golden. Medium-sized, creamy, bright, white head. Good retention. Mix of spicy, earthy, mineral-rich, lightly chalky Galaxy and juicy, lightly acidic, fairly mellow Passion fruit. Juicy, lots of galaxy, tasteful passion fruit. My biggest qualm with green these days is that it's so frickin light-bodied. So much cracker and biscuit and such scant honey-like malt depth. Clean, balanced and wonderful, especially the tastefully-done passion fruit. But I think Galaxy needs a lot of malt depth to balance, as it's so frickin dry and sprucey.
