We’re raising a toast to Jon S. for 7 years working at Jack’s Abby! A bit of a jack of all trades, Jon has worked in packaging, the cellar, the brewhouse, and is now our Senior Production Administrator, making sure everything flows smoothly from raw materials to when the beer leaves our door. Jon wanted to recreate an old favorite from the year he started, Beer Geek Helles, and put his spin on a fantastic beer!

Brewery draught, 6/4/24. Very light blonde-honey. Clear. No head retention. Apple, pear, guava, lime. Biscuit and honey. Clean. Big pear character with spicy mango rind and light evergreen. Juicy, almost, with soft, malty honey notes and ample but not overdone bitterness on the finish.
