Pours clear gold into a stange. White head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Meadow and corn aromas. Crisp with tart sourdough, corn and meadow upfront turning to funky earth and mildly tart lemon in the dry, medium length finish.

Canned 4/17/24, drunk 5/22/24. Clear, bright copper-brass. Off-white head is large, well-retained. Classic kolsch yeast in the nose with plentiful hopping adding fresh flowers, herbs and grass. Hint of sourdough and lots of biscuit and cracker from the malt. Clean. Bitter herbs with plentiful white bread and biscuit from the malt balancing. Somewhat soft, lower carbonation. Quite hoppy, though not too bitter. Maybe a bit more dough/sourdough character than I'd prefer, but it's clean and the hops are bright and refreshing.

Keeping BoM feels rolling. Deep gold brew and minor white head. Nose is bread and some floral hops. Tastes kinda fruity, some nice brews, hint of herbal and floral. Well rounded mouthfeel. Hint of sweetness on palate.
