Tap at Beer & Food Attraction 2026, Rimini, Italy. Pours golden, medium transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is hoppy, tropical. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high bitter. Final has a persistent hoppy feeling.

Sindie draught, 5/4/24. Lightly hazy, brass-maize. Large, off-white head. Well-retained. Funky, stinky, spicy, juicy nose. Wow what is going on here? But it's delightful, whatever it is. Sure smells like Brett but I guess that's just the rye. Tastes like light Brett. Does rye just mimic Brett?? I didn't think so but here you have it. Malty,very, clean, amply bitter. Lovely!

on tap giallo carico torbido buona schiuma abbastanza persistente naso piuttosto resinoso un filo tropicale leggere astringenze buon amaro alcol piuttosto nascosto
