Introducing our latest collaboration beer with our friends at Yakima Chief Hops, A Pinch Of Grace. This West Coast style IPA was brewed with new Centennial 701 & 702 trial hop extracts that deliver an amazing amount of hop character in an extremely condensed package. It’s incredible what this product can do for a beer and we’re excited to use it in more new recipes moving forward.
You’ll find bold notes of peach, stone fruit, citrus, and a touch of resin in A Pinch Of Grace when it releases this Friday at all three taprooms.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with medium retention recedes leaving soapy sheets. Tangerine rind and tropical fruit skin aromas. Sharp with lemon joy, earthy caramel and dirty tropical fruit skin front to back. Lasting, dusty ground pith finish.

Reunion Grafton draught, 4/26/24. Clear dark brass. Small, white head slowly to cover. Fruit, wood and pine. Lots of lemon, resin, lemongrass, even. Weird. Stinky hops for sure, some spruce. Very low malt balance, heavily floral. Big wood and pine up front with unripe kumquat and lots of lemongrass. Unripe orange skin galore. Malts are softish, biscuity, doughy. Very dry, but reasonable texture. Super strange hops though. The most lemon and orange rind I've ever tasted.
