Brewery draught, 4/20/24. Clear auburn-mahogany. Small, beige head immediately to ring. Fruity light roast and brown sugar with a bit of malty caramel. Softly sweet, drying out thoroughly with cracker, brown bread and fruity roast. Juicy almost. Lots of brown sugar and low but ample bitterness. A bit bready, but otherwise quite drinkable.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Deeply hazy brown with no head or lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, light nuts. Taste is strong roasted malt, nuts and baker’s chocolate/coffee. Smooth, thick, frothy, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Excellent flavor.
