Brewery draught, 4/12/24. Clear, bright maize-brass. Small, white head, sits at cover. Spicy hop and a bit of bread dough and biscuit. Hard water and good cleanliness if a bit low on aromatic strength overall. Good yeast character with lots of crispness on the finish. Spicy hops add plentiful herbs and spices with ample bitterness. Decent body, good maltiness. Very, very carbonated. Good attenuation. Solid.
