Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Fidens. Hopped with Citra & Wai-iti. On the nose, fresh lime and ripe melon emerge, while notes of stone fruit transition into tropical fruit on the palate.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: soft golden copper color with a sly transparency about it and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: melons, peachy/apricot to lemon then some lemongrass-like tones; light old school-ish malts on the back end
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a hoppy sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes leaning into the malts with a melon-like to apricot-y tone
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness with a pinch of dryness - nothing overly done
Overall: might not be a real NEDIPA but it's not totally obnoxiously bad - just needs to be reclassified from the brewers (slight hard stare at Fidens and Foam), eh but whatever, I guess.

Draught at Tip Tap, 4/7/24. Clear brass. Small white cover of head. Not much of a nose? Bread, lemongrass. Sweat. Wtf. Bready, sweet, sugary. Bit punchy. Some alcohol, lingering vanilla and light resin. Wow, this is impressively bad.
