A caramel-colored Pale Ale brewed with Maine-sourced pale malt and assertively dry-hopped with a blend of American-grown hops. With a slight toffee sweetness, smooth mouthfeel, and robust bitter finish, this is an Ale for hop enthusiasts and fans of bold, balanced flavor. Keep cold, enjoy fresh, and light the lamp.

CX draught, 3/28/24. Gentle haze. Lighter amber. White head slowly to edges. Classic APA notes of honey, caramel, pine and grapefruit. Importantly, no resin, toast or iced tea. Quite floral. Bone dry flavor. Hmm, thought there'd be more malt comfort. That said, the hops are done well so there's no resin or big bitterness. Heavily floral. A bit soapy on the finish due to how lean/dry it is. Lingering pine and grapefruit.
