Can at the brewery, 3/15/24. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, dull brass. Medium-sized, well-retained, white head. Coconut, unripe pineapple and light floral lemongrass. But mostly coconut. Scant malt, clean, no resin or alcohol. Good and malty, honey and biscuit with excellent attenuation. Heavy, heavy coconut, like obnoxiously so. Wow, what a hop. Butter (not Diacetyl), pineapple, bit of fruity citrus and pine. Really, really well-structured beer. Not enamoured with all this coconut spice from the hop but it is what it is.
