Can code 2333 is all I can see. Drunk 3/14/24. Clear, pinkish tinged brass-copper. No head. Authentic watermelon, light, not punchy lactic character and soft, nutty wheat. Easygoing tartness with no punch. Clean. The more it breathes, the funkier it gets. Watermelon is heavy but so attenuated as to not bother. Tartness is mild. Good lactic juiciness alongside fruit with rich wheat and a fairly substantial body for its size. Wouldn't hate a pinch more acidity but this is well-done.
