Citra, galaxy, strata. Mind Bendingly hoppy in a completely LOGICAL sense. That makes no sense.....ya exactly. But its provocative.....it gets the people moving.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy yellow to copper semi-hazy color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to floral to pineapple and an even lighter note of some melon-like hops; light clean biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine juicy sweet to semi-bittersweet juicy quality; finishes semi-juicy through some pineapple and melon hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; good smoothness about it; nice low carb and a low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nicely done NEDIPA worthy of returning to.

16 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold color. Large, pillowy white head. Floral hop aroma hints at melon and pineapple. Flavor is juicy sweet and astringently dry. How did they do that? Smooth mouthfeel. Lots of sweet citrus and pineapple.

Canned 2/5/24, drunk 3/6/24. Moderately hazy, lighter golden-brass. Massive, white head, good retention. Pretty standard aromatics for an NEIPA. Light citrus, light tropical, light pineapple and a hint of pine. Cracker malts and a clean, fruity yeast with light mineral character on the finish. Modest aroma strength overall, but no resin or booze. Malty up front with big sweetness of cake and honey. Pineapple and guava with light-to-moderate citrus bitterness. Really nicely-constructed, malty, clean, great flavors. But as with many of their beers, it's just sweeter and less bitter than it needs to be. Tropical fruit and big pineapple lingering with some Galaxy spice and dryness.
