Undated can drunk 2/24/24. Very dark for a hefe. Copper-bronze. Also clear. Off-white head is healthy-sized, well-retained. Did they can the wrong beer? There is no hefe character here, but rather, it smells clean and malty with light toast, maybe a hint of vanilla and banana. In the mouth it's lightly malty, very dry, and does finally divulge its hefe character. Some banana, some bubblegum, very low clove/spice, which is a nice change of pace. Creamy wheat character with a bit of caramel accent. Unexciting, but well-done/well-made. Great amount of flavor for its size and very clean.

On tap at the brewery Hazy light straw in color with a thin off white head. Kind of thin in body light astringency faint clove and banana. Missing something decent
