Cask at Side Project Cellar. Black with creamy beige head. Nice milk chocolate, cocoa, super smooth, medium sweetness. Nice one.

Cask at the Cellar, 2/13/24. Blackish. Clear. Large, beige head, good retention. Nose is dark chocolate, fruity yeast, low lactose and hints of earth and mineral on the lightly fruity, lightly chocolatey finish. Soft, malty palate with good wateriness/drinkability and light sticky sweetness and good attenuation. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, hints of vinousness and a bit of sticky lactose with lingering earth, mineral and vanilla notes.
