500mL bottle at Stout Week line share, 2/18/24. Dark, inky, moderately viscous, no head. Nose is big bakers chocolate alongside soy and oxidized malts. Pretty low on barrel character, honestly. I mean, it's not boozey or sugary, but it's also not really much of anything. In the mouth it's possibly even more oxidized. Soy, bakers chocolate, breadiness, low barrel character. Medium-full bodied, not boozey or sweet. This literally came out last week, why is this so aggressively oxidized?! Shrug.
