Bottle, 375 ml, courtesy of Eric. Shared with him, Federico and MiroB. Black and oily. Intensive chocolate and bourbon, some fruity notes, medium bodied. Nice barrel work.

Bottle at SP Cellar. Pours a very dark brown with no head. The aroma is licorice, prune, fig, bourbon, wood. Slick body, bourbon, wood, date, fig, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

375mL bottle at the Cellar, 2/14/24. Inky, viscous, no head. Bright pepper and lead. Big Anabasis lead vibes with excellent Willett elegance. Reminds heavily of Anabasis. Huge spiciness, good balance, not sweet. Prune, fig, pepper, lead, light port and sherry character, with gentle oxidation and a thick but not syrupy body, good attenuation, no booze. Lots of chocolate. Maybe a bit heavy on the fig prune but otherwise killer.
