750mL bottle drunk 2/14/24. Dark, charred umber edges, no head. Thick. A bit of green bell pepper, sadly, with big fruity light roast, tempered chocolate and light bourbon accents. Mellow and crunchy with no booze. Soft, chocolatey, very roasty from fruity coffee. A bit sweet, not as much barrel as I'd hoped for. The coffee roast is strong and powerful in concert with the powerful sugar.
