Brewery draught, 2/14/24. Clear, pale golden. Moderate, well-retained, white head. Huge herbs with dainty honey and cracker in support. Clean and zesty. Peppery. Earthy with pepper and fresh herbs. The hops are stellar but the malt is a touch crackery and thin. Not problematically so, and it makes it even more crushable, but I wouldn't hate just a bit more malt depth. Very clean.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted grain and grass. Medium body, grass, biscuit, crisp finish, very good.

Pour is a very light blonde with a large white head. Aroma is more of a spicy rye. Flavor is thin and a bit watery. Some more of the rye-like malt comes out but that's about it. Kind of a weak effort here.
