Seven Bells - Holiday Cookie

Brewery draught, 2/3/24. Dark, clear, dark beige head quickly to ring. Adjunct forward, not quite dominated by it. Some base malt and roast get in there to balance. The blend does come off really well done and homogenized leaving a good balance and inviting aroma. Balanced flavor without any overdone notes or too much spice/acidity. But with the base beer, it's sorely lacking in body to the point of ultra-thin, watery textures with heavy toast and cracker. A real shame since the spice blend is done so tastefully.
