Get toasty with BOMB the MOUNTAIN — the perfect post-run crusher after a long day at the slopes. Flaked oats & flaked wheat are complemented w/ a sub-zero blend of Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo hops. True to it’s name, Mosaic hops are an avalanche of evolving flavors. Starting bright & racy, Mosaic’s citrusy aromatics transform to juicy stone-fruit & ripe berry flavors.

Undated can drunk 1/24/24. Moderately hazy, bright bronze-maize-golden. Large, frothy, well-retained, off-white head. Fresh, fruity yeast, maybe a tinge of bubblegum, with spicy lemongrass, wood and mild berry notes from Mosaic. No onion whatsoever. Crackery malts gently balance. No resin or alcohol. A bit of saccharine sugar-like character, powdery, with spice and sharp berry clashing quite a bit. I heavily swirled and poured all the chunk in and it actually helps a bit, but still has too much powdery and grassy character clashing. I guess the palate sort of accustoms over the course of the pint, but I'm still not in love with this use of mosaic.
