Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown color with a thin cap of a white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: bready, toast, light nuts, light dose of baker's chocolate, brown sugar and a touch of earthiness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together semi-sweetly, a touch of bitterness on the back end; aftertaste of dark bread and nutty character
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability about it, fairly smooth along tongue, finishes nutty, dark bready and a touch of dryness
Overall: I'd say a nicely done bock I would come back to.

Brewery draught, 1/19/24. Clear, bright amber. Small, quickly dissipating, light beige head. Fruity, malty, bread and cookies with clean yeast and lightly herbal hops. Malty, well attenuated with some moderate crystal malt but still ample base malt. Caramel, biscuit, red fruits and mineral lingering. Very, very clean.
